The fall bazaar hit Spangdahlem this weekend and I found this little beauty! I'm so excited! This just might be my favorite find of all time....it's a German dough table that was used in a bakery in the 1930's. I can't wait until I start decorating for Christmas....I already have so many ideas about how to use it. Joel was a good sport about moving it to several different spots until I settled on it's current home. I think I'll actually leave the top open all the time.
Close up look....the seller assured me that there weren't any more worms!! See the worm holes!!

seriously, what the heck?!? I love it, worms and all. The suitcase too. Oh the stoies I bet it could tell!!! You are too lucky! Thanks for posting the pics so quickly.
I could shop till I drop and not find anything and you find everything even with worm holes. Might I say again, you're so talented. Everything looks great. I wish I could see all these things in person but we're poor.
so whats what a dough table looks like! i had a hard time picturing it in my head when you were telling us about the one you liked in belgium over at valeries.
good stuff! i wish i went back to the bazaar on saturday without brynn to look around! it seemed like they had a lot of awesome things this time!
