Saige's 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony!

Today was Saige's 8th Grade Promotion and awards ceremony!   Can't believe my little little girl is going to High School next year!  I know I say this all the time, but how in the world is she almost 14?  I still remember her loving her Ernie doll and watching Monsters Inc. over and over like it was yesterday.  This child brought so much joy to my life during a time that just wasn't that cheerful and I knew right then that Heavenly Father had a plan all along and I'm so happy that everything turned out how it did!  She has been raised in a unified home with lots of love from myself and her Joel daddy!  It was a good day!  I love her to death and I couldn't have asked for a more sweet child.  "oh the places you will go, my sweet girl"

Now for the pictures!! I totally thought I had figured out the whole picture order thing and yup, I didn't....go figure...me and technology just don't mix...ha ha!  But, maybe by the next post, I will have it down!  So, the first picture is after the ceremony!!!  We took her out for a celebratory lunch!  I love the look on Joel's face....such a cutie!

Mom and Pop!
The honoree and her itty bitty bro!  This kid is attached to her hip most of the time!
Cute kiddos!  (if I do say so myself...ha ha)
Saige and a little buddy!
Love.them.to.pieces.
My beautiful girl.....dang it, quit growing up!
Bodie with his usual perky self for pictures!!  This time I think he actually got hurt right before we took these....little stink!
Doesn't get any better than family....it's what life is all about!
Saige and one of her favorite teachers and basketball coach...Mr. Moen.
Saige received and award for Student of the Year for P.E.  Her teacher sent me the nicest email...the kind every parent wants to receive about their child....very happy for her.
Love her.
I actually got two videos to upload...(yay me!)

Way to go Saige!  We love you!
